What we do

  • Customs declaration — electronic filing, classification, valuation, and the follow-through when a shipment is queried.
  • Document review — checking a document set against the goods before it reaches customs, where mismatches are cheap to fix.
  • Legal advisory — rules of origin, specialised-management requirements, post-clearance audit, and disputes.
  • Multimodal transport — sea, road and air, international and domestic, booked and tracked under one contract.
  • Bonded warehouse arrangement — placing goods with a licensed operator and running the customs side: entry, partial withdrawal, re-export.

How to start

    Send us the product — a datasheet or SDS is enough. We confirm the HS classification, because every later number depends on it.

    We check what actually gates the shipment: duty rate, origin documentation, and any specialised-management or conformity requirement.

  3. 3

    You get a written answer on feasibility and cost before you commit to a price with your buyer.

What we do not do

A short list is worth more than a long one. These are the limits we state up front rather than discover mid-shipment.

  • We do not own bonded warehouses. We arrange storage through licensed operators and handle the customs work — so we shortlist on what fits your cargo, not on what we happen to own.
  • We do not register REX numbers for EU exporters. That is done by the exporter with the customs authority of its own Member State; no Vietnamese broker has standing in that process.
  • We do not advise on minimising duty through classification. We tell you the correct code and the requirements that come with it.

How we are set up

You work directly with the person accountable for your shipment, with no intermediary layer in between. Our operations co-founder has spent over ten years in Vietnamese import-export, on both the business and the broker side. We also built our own HS lookup, tariff and specialised-management tools, and made them free to use.
