Avenir was not born to be “just another customs broker”. Avenir is the distillation of more than a decade in the trade - and a belief that customs clearance can be far more transparent than what Vietnamese businesses currently accept.
Across 10 years in import-export, Avenir’s operations co-founder has stood on both sides of the table - the business side and the broker side. Long enough to see one thing clearly: most errors do not come from a lack of competence, but from repetitive cross-checking tasks that people easily miss - a C/O line that doesn’t match, an HS code that’s off, a number on the Invoice and Packing List that disagree.
The answer is not to replace people with machines, but to divide the work correctly. Measurable cross-checking tasks - let AI do them in 30 seconds. The cases that truly need experience - choosing the correct HS code, drafting explanatory letters, dialoguing with customs officers - are still handled directly by experts holding a General Department of Customs certificate.
That is why Avenir exists with both faces: an AI-powered HS code lookup tool, and a legal advisory service led by real people. The legal entity was founded in 2026 - but the experience behind it has been built up over the past 10 years. The company is new. The team is not.

Formalising 10 years of experience into an “AI-assists-the-expert” model. In its first year Avenir ran the full package - document review → customs declaration → Door-to-Door transport coordination - and opened up 6 free AI tools plus more than 14,000 HS code reference pages to the market.

Expanding the carrier partner network and covering more domestic lanes, raising file-processing capacity. In parallel, adding a classification-precedent layer built from customs rulings so the lookup tools can cite grounds rather than only suggest a code.

Avenir is Avenir Trading and Services Company Limited - a provider of customs declaration services in Vietnam. The team transmitting declarations holds the Customs Procedure Agent Certificate issued by the General Department of Customs.
Which import-export regimes does Avenir serve?
We accept files for all common import-export regimes: trading, processing, production-for-export (SXXK), non-commercial, temporary import – re-export, and other specialised regimes. Please send your document set so Avenir can advise specifically.
Does Avenir’s quote include tax and port fees?
Avenir’s quote clearly separates 3 groups: (1) Avenir service fees, (2) free value-add, and (3) third-party pass-through fees (tax, port fees, shipping-line fees) - always at-cost, with original invoices, no markup.
Which ports does Avenir operate at?
Avenir’s operations network covers 8 major ports nationwide: Hai Phong, Vung Ang, Chan May, Da Nang, Dung Quat, Quy Nhon, Cat Lai and Cai Mep. Businesses in other provinces can still use the service through our partner network - most of the work is handled remotely, so you never need to be at the port.

Can businesses in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City use Avenir?
Yes. Avenir is headquartered in Da Nang but serves import-export businesses nationwide: documents are exchanged by email or Zalo, declarations are transmitted remotely via VNACCS/VCIS, and forwarding plus transport is executed by our partner network at 8 major ports.
Does Avenir support English and Chinese?
Yes. The Avenir website is published in three languages - Vietnamese, English and Chinese - and the team takes enquiries in all three. Chinese-speaking clients also have a dedicated China Desk for the Vietnam ↔ China lane.
How does Avenir check FTA tariff preferences and C/O requirements?
Avenir’s HS code lookup shows MFN import duty, VAT and the preferential rate under each of the 17 free trade agreements Vietnam currently applies - per HS code, together with the matching C/O form for each agreement. For shipments where origin conditions must be certain, an Avenir specialist reviews the document set before declaration.
