Avenir was not born to be “just another customs broker”. Avenir is the distillation of more than a decade in the trade — and a belief that customs clearance can be far more transparent than what Vietnamese businesses currently accept.

Across 10 years in import-export, Avenir’s operations co-founder has stood on both sides of the table — the business side and the broker side. Long enough to see one thing clearly: most errors do not come from a lack of competence, but from repetitive cross-checking tasks that people easily miss — a C/O line that doesn’t match, an HS code that’s off, a number on the Invoice and Packing List that disagree.

The answer is not to replace people with machines, but to divide the work correctly. Measurable cross-checking tasks — let AI do them in 30 seconds.
