1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the website or using any Avenir Logistics tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Service description

Avenir Logistics is a technology-driven customs broker that provides an informational website together with online tools supporting import-export operations, including: AI-powered HS code lookup, reading and analysis of Safety Data Sheets (SDS), document cross-checking, freight & container calculation, and import-duty estimation. Each tool offers a limited number of free uses per day; registering an account grants a higher daily allowance. We may change, suspend, or add features over time.

3. AI tools are for reference only

Results from the AI tools — suggested HS codes, SDS analysis, document cross-checks, duty and freight estimates — are generated automatically and are for reference only, to support your decision-making. They are not legal advice, not official customs advice, and not a classification ruling by any government authority. Before declaring or completing a transaction, you are responsible for verifying against the current tariff schedule, applicable regulations, and/or the competent customs authority. Avenir Logistics is not liable for losses arising from sole reliance on tool results.

4. Accounts & registration

When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information (full name, company, and optionally a phone/Zalo number) and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account, and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of violating these terms.

5. Acceptable use

When using the service, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of third parties;
• Attempt to exceed quotas, scrape data automatically, overload, or interfere with the system;
• Upload malicious content, malware, or data you do not have the right to use;
• Copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service without our prior written consent.

6. Intellectual property

All content, interface, logos, trademarks, and software on the website are owned by Avenir Logistics or its licensors. You may use them for internal business purposes; any copying or redistribution for commercial purposes requires prior written consent. Data you upload (documents, SDS, etc.) remains yours; we process it only to deliver the tool results.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Avenir Logistics does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of (or inability to use) the service and tool results. This clause does not exclude liability that the law does not permit to be excluded.

8. Personal data

The collection and processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to that policy.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with its update date. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law & contact
