Assessment schemes: 5, 7 and 8 per Circular 14/2026/TT-BKHCN. Several lines carry technical thresholds that decide scope (working pressure above 0.7 bar per TCVN 8366:2010; refrigerant groups per TCVN 6104 and TCVN 6739:2015; lifting capacity from 1,000 kg) — goods below the threshold are outside the list.
