Appendix III — the list of MEDIUM-risk construction-material products and goods, 11 lines at 8-digit level: Portland and blended Portland cements, admixtures, aggregates, wood-based panels, bricks, paints and sanitary ware. The obligation is one step lighter than Appendix II — self-assessment is allowed — and there is NO state inspection on import. Same circular as Appendix II but a different obligation with a different dossier.
